RIO MOVIE SWEEPSTAKES
No Purchase Necessary
The Rio Movie Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation ("Sponsor"). Sweepstakes begins on February 6, 2011 at 4:00 pm (Pacific Time) and ends on March 1, 2011 at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time).
- ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal United States citizens (void in Puerto Rico), 18 years of age or older, with a valid United States passport, except to employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and the immediate family members of Sponsor, Rovio Mobile Ltd., their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies and promotion partners (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”). This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Guest of winner must be 18 years of age or older, unless the winner selects his or her child or ward as his or her guest.
- HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You can enter this Sweepstakes via either of the following methods:
- View and record the Rio television commercial which will air on February 6, 2011 during the big game on Fox, or view it online after it airs on television at www.rio-themovie.com, www.youtube.com/officialriomovie, or www.facebook.com/riothemovie. Upon frame by frame playback, a hint will be revealed. Then, make sure that you have downloaded the latest update to the Angry Birds game on your mobile device. Open the newly updated Angry Birds app, and by using the hint, you will be guided to find and play a brand new Angry Birds level. By completing this new level, you will be directed to a web page where you can enter for a chance to win the Sweepstakes. Information requested for entry will include your name, address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth and e-mail address. Then, submit thisinformation as directed. In order to submit your entry, your device must connected to the Internet at the time of entry.
- You can also enter this Sweepstakes without a purchase requirement by going directly to the following website URL: visit http://www.rio-themovie.com/win, and entering your name, address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth and e-mail address. Then, submit your entry as directed.
To be eligible, all Internet entries for the Sweepstakes must be received by 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) on March 1, 2011, the Sweepstakes Expiration Date. Only one entry allowed per person. Multiple entries are not allowed. Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), forged, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.
- SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about March 2, 2011 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail or phone on/about March 3, 2011. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted during one (1) day from the date of the Sweepstakes drawing, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
- PRIZE: GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner and his/her one (1) guest will receive a trip for two (2) (winner and his/her one guest) to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and attendance for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest at the world premiere of "Rio". The Grand Prize includes travel certificates for round-trip coach class airfare departing from the major U.S. airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner's home, and accommodations for three (3) nights (standard room; double occupancy) at hotel of Sponsor's choice. In the event the Rio Premiere is cancelled or postponed, then the remaining elements of the Prize (i.e., the air travel and hotel) shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's Prize obligation to Winner and no other additional compensation will be awarded.
All incidental expenses and taxes not specified herein will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest, including without limitation, federal and state taxes, other ground transportation, visa and other travel fees, food, and beverages. Travel and lodging are subject to availability and certain travel restrictions may apply. See the attached Travel Cetificates Terms and Conditions for more information about Travel Certificates. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be available to depart for Rio de Janeiro on Sunday, March 20, 2011 and return to major U.S. airport nearest to winner's home on Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining Passports, Visas and/or any other governmental permissions required to travel to and from Grand Prize destination. If Grand Prize Winner and/or guest are unable to obtain appropriate travel documents that permit travel, then prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Approximate prize value: $4,950. Prize value is subject to location of winner and fares in effect at the time of departure.
No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not transferable.
Total Approximate Prize Value: $4,950.
- CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for, (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, or illegible entries; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or usage of the prize; or (iii) printing, distribution or production errors. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the Sponsor and their agencies to use the winner’s name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation or authorization, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation Internet, unless prohibited by law. Winner and winner's guest will each be required to complete, sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release (If winner's guest is winner's minor child/ward, then winner must complete, sign, notarize and return the Affidavit of Liability / Publicity Release on behalf of child/ward). Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the winner, and an alternate winner will be selected. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.
- DISCLAIMERS: Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s), participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, postage-due, forged, illegible, mutilated, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor and Sweeptakes Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or third person’s computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from Sweepstakes.

TRAVEL CERTIFICATES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Procedures for requesting Travel Authorization Certificates (each a Travel Certificate") will be provided to Organization upon receipt of the signed Agreement. Travel Certificates have no value except when redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions listed below. Travel Certificates are not transferable or refundable.
- Travel Certificates are subject to availability of promotional inventories and current embargoed dates. Coach must be booked in "T" class, Business in "U" class and First in "Z" class. No open Travel Certificates are permitted. Embargoed dates may apply.
- Travel Certificates provided in this agreement cannot be bartered or sold for cash, or in lieu of cash payment.
- Travel Certificates must be issued by the American Airlines Ticket Redemption Center at 1-800-727-2142. Travel agencies cannot issue Travel Certificates.
- Any applicable fees, taxes, surcharges, service charges or passenger facility charges are the responsibility of the user and must be paid at the time the Travel Certificate is issued. Taxes shall include all federal, state, local and foreign taxes of any kind, and whether assessed for winning or otherwise coming into receipt of the Travel Certificates, or in relation to use of the Travel Certificates.
- If Travel Certificates are provided for fund-raising, the fund-raising activity cannot be conducted by or in connection with a 3rd party (including, but not limited to the offering of Travel Awards on public auction web sites); provided nothing herein shall prevent the use of a 3rd party administrative entity such as may be available to charitable organizations in the conduct of a promotion.
- Minors who are declared winners must be accompanied on all prize flights by a parent or guardian.
- Travel Certificates are valid for travel only on American Airlines, American Eagle Airlines, Inc., Executive Airlines, Inc. or the AmericanConnection® carrier (collectively referred to in this Exhibit B as "American Airlines"). American Eagle and the AmericanConnection® carriers are regional airlines associated with American Airlines, Inc. American Eagle® service is operated by American Eagle Airlines, Inc., or Executive Airlines, Inc., each of which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company of American Airlines. The AmericanConnection® service is operated by Chautauqua Airlines, Inc., an unaffiliated independent contractor. Travel is not valid on flights operated under a code sharing agreement with other air carriers.
- Travel must be via the most direct American Airlines routing. Unnecessary and circuitous routings, connecting points and/or segments are prohibited. Stopovers, except for the next connecting flight, are not permitted.
- American Airlines is not responsible for, and will not pay, expenses associated with transportation on other carriers, ground transportation, excess baggage charges or overnight lodging, if required.
- If American Airlines, for any reason, discontinues service to the selected destination before the travel date, the user must select an alternate American Airlines destination.
- After a Ticket has been issued from a Travel Certificate, an administrative service charge of $100.00 will be assessed for any change requiring reticketing, such as a change of origin or destination. Changes requiring reticketing must have prior approval of ticket authorizer.
- After a Ticket has been issued from a Travel Certificate, an administrative service charge of $25.00 will be assessed for any changes regarding a date or time. Changes requiring reticketing must have prior approval of ticket authorizer.
- After a Ticket has been issued from a Travel Certificate, Customer must contact the Ticket Redemption Center or Reservations prior to flight if they plan on canceling their ticketed reservation. In the event Customer fails to contact an American Airlines representative through the Ticket Redemption Center or Reservations, the ticket will default to a No-Show, and an administrative service charge of $50.00 (Coach Class) $75.00 (Business Class) or $100.00 (First Class) will be assessed to reinstate the reservation.
- Unused Travel Certificates may be used at a later date (valid until travel expiration of this contract), subject to a ticket reissue fee. Travel Certificates that are not used by the expiration date of the contract will not be extended. Credit will not be given for unused Travel Certificates.
- Lost or stolen Travel Certificates will not be replaced.
- Passengers are not eligible for AADVANTAGE® mileage credit or any other promotional benefit that American may offer. AADVANTAGE® miles and/or stickers cannot be used to upgrade.
- Purchased upgrades are permitted by paying the difference between the full fare for the authorized class of service and the next class of service. Paid upgrades are only allowed for next cabin. Two cabin upgrades will not be processed. Processing of purchased upgrades will be handled when redeeming certificate through our Ticket Redemption Center and may not be handled at airport ticket counters. Processing time is a minimum of 48 hours based on hours of operation of Ticket Redemption Center.
